Sara is a collaborative, people-centered leader within Extended Learning Partnerships with more than a decade in the customer service industry. She has successfully executed programs ranging from small, highly personalized experiences with ten participants to large-scale initiatives serving more than 600 attendees. Sara is known for her ability to align teams, manage complex logistics, and deliver seamless, participant-focused experiences.
Sara leads her programs with empathy, structure, and adaptability, building strong relationships, developing others, and creating systems that empower both teams and programs to thrive.
Outside of work, Sara values quality time with her husband, two children, and dogs. An early‑morning workout and a good book help her find balance, energy, and inspiration both at home and in her work.
